How do airport transfers work on Fly2Any?

Choose your airport and Fly2Any shows the ways into the city, from airport trains and shuttles to private cars, with the price and journey time of each. You request the transfer with your arrival details and the Fly2Any team confirms it with the operator.

Is a train, shuttle or private car better from the airport?

A train or shuttle is usually cheapest for one or two travelers with light luggage. A private car is priced per vehicle, so it can be better value for a group or a family, and it takes you door to door.

Can I cancel an airport transfer?

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and are shown before you request the transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about transfers

How do airport transfers work?

Book online, receive confirmation with driver details. Driver monitors your flight, meets you at arrivals with name sign, helps with luggage, and drives you to destination. Payment is usually pre-paid online.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track all flights automatically. Your driver adjusts pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. For significant delays, we'll contact you to confirm new arrangements.

Where will I meet my driver?

For airport pickups: usually in arrivals hall with name sign. For hotel pickups: at lobby or specified address. Exact meeting point sent in confirmation email 24h before.

Can I book a child seat?

Yes, request child/booster seats when booking. Availability and fees vary by provider, so specify the child age for the correct seat type.

What's included in the price?

Each option states what it includes before you book: the vehicle or service, the journey, and any waiting time or extras the operator offers. Inclusions differ by operator, so read the option you choose.

How do I pay?

Most transfers are prepaid online by credit card. Some providers accept cash payment to driver. Tips are optional but appreciated (10-15% for excellent service).
