How do I book a flight?

Search for flights, choose the option you want, enter the passenger details exactly as they appear on each passport or ID, and complete payment. You receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.

Can I book flights for multiple passengers?

Yes. Choose the number of adults, children and infants in the search, and everyone travels on the same booking. For a large group, contact us and we will prepare a group quote.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can search and book as a guest. An account keeps your bookings, saved searches and price alerts in one place.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

We email you a booking reference as soon as the booking is made, and a second email when the ticket or reservation is issued. You can open your booking at any time from the link in that email, or through Find my booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your trip are shown at checkout. They can vary by product and country.

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Yes. Card details are sent over an encrypted connection, and any card we have to keep for a booking is stored encrypted and removed once the booking is ticketed. Review the fare rules, baggage terms and cancellation policy before you confirm.

When will I be charged?

It depends on the booking. Most flights and hotels are charged when you book. Some bookings are confirmed by our team first and charged at that point. Checkout tells you which applies before you pay.

Can I pay in installments?

If installments are available for your booking, they are shown at checkout. If you do not see them, the booking must be paid in full.

Can I change my flight dates?

Date changes follow the airline's fare rules. Many tickets allow a change for a fee plus any fare difference; basic economy usually allows none. Contact us with your booking reference and we will tell you what your fare permits.

How do I change a passenger name?

Small spelling corrections are usually allowed by the airline. Changing the ticket to a different person usually is not, and needs a new booking. Contact us before you travel so the name on the ticket matches the passport.

Can I upgrade my seat or cabin?

Often, yes. Seats can be chosen at checkout when the airline offers them, and cabin upgrades are requested through us or directly with the airline. Availability and price depend on the flight.

What if I miss my flight?

Contact the airline at the airport straight away, then let us know. What happens next depends on your fare: flexible tickets have better options than non-refundable ones. If you miss the first flight, airlines usually cancel the rest of the itinerary.

How do I cancel my booking?

Open your booking from the link in your confirmation email (or use Find my booking), then contact us to cancel. We confirm the fare rules and any refund before anything is cancelled.

When will I receive my refund?

A refund goes back to the card you paid with once the airline or supplier releases it. After that, banks usually take 5 to 14 business days to show it on your statement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Each booking follows its own fare or rate rules, shown before you pay. Flights from the USA booked at least 7 days before departure can usually be cancelled free within 24 hours of booking (see "What is the 24-hour cancellation rule?").

Can I get travel insurance?

Where travel protection is available for your trip, it is offered at checkout with its coverage and price shown before you add it.

What are the baggage allowances?

Allowances depend on the airline, route and fare. Most fares include a personal item, and many include a carry-on. On US domestic economy fares a checked bag usually costs extra; long-haul international economy often includes one checked bag. Each flight shows its own allowance before you book.

How early should I get to the airport?

As a rule of thumb, 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one. Check-in and bag drop usually close 45 to 60 minutes before departure. Allow extra time at busy airports such as New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX) or Chicago (ORD) at peak times.

Do I need a visa for my destination?

It depends on your nationality and where you are going. US citizens can visit many countries visa-free for short stays, while Brazilian citizens need a visa for the USA. Check the official requirements for your nationality before you book; for US citizens, travel.state.gov lists every country.

How can I contact customer support?

Use the Call, Text, WhatsApp or Email options on our Contact page, or send us a message there. A person on our team replies.

What is the cheapest day of the week to fly?

Midweek departures, Tuesday and Wednesday, are often cheaper within the USA, and Monday to Thursday departures often beat weekends on international routes. It varies by route, so compare the dates around your trip in the flexible date view.

How far in advance should I book?

Roughly 1 to 3 months ahead for US domestic flights and 2 to 4 months for Europe. For peak periods such as Christmas, July 4th and Thanksgiving, book 3 to 5 months ahead. A price alert tells you when a route gets cheaper.

Why do flight prices change so often?

Airlines reprice continuously based on demand, the seats left in each fare class and competitors' prices, so the same flight can cost noticeably more or less from one day to the next. A price alert emails you when the route changes.

Does searching in incognito mode find cheaper flights?

No. Fly2Any shows the same prices whether or not you browse privately. Comparing nearby dates and airports saves far more.

What does "basic economy" mean?

Basic economy (also sold as "Light" or "Saver") is the cheapest fare with the most restrictions: usually no seat choice until check-in, no changes or refunds, and on some airlines no full-size carry-on. It suits short trips with light luggage; for longer trips or families, standard economy is often worth the difference.

Can I book a one-way international flight?

Yes. You can book one-way, round-trip and multi-city flights. Some countries ask for proof of onward travel at immigration, so check your destination's entry rules before flying one-way.

How do price alerts work?

Set an alert for a route from the flight results and we check its price regularly, emailing you when it changes. Alerts are free and you can turn them off at any time.

What is the difference between a connection and a layover?

A connection means changing planes on the way to your destination; the time you wait between the two flights is the layover. Use the "Nonstop" filter to see only direct flights. Very short layovers carry a real risk of missing the next flight.

Do US citizens need a passport to fly internationally?

Yes. Every international flight needs a valid US passport, and many countries require it to be valid for 6 months beyond your trip. Apply or renew at travel.state.gov, which shows current processing times.

What is ESTA and who needs it?

ESTA is the online travel authorization for citizens of Visa Waiver Program countries visiting the USA for up to 90 days, such as most EU countries, the UK, Australia and Japan. Apply only on the official site, esta.cbp.dhs.gov, which shows the current fee. Brazilians and citizens of other non-program countries need a B1/B2 visa instead.

How early should I apply for a US visa?

As early as you can. Interview wait times vary from a few weeks to many months depending on the consulate. Check the current wait for your city at travel.state.gov before you book non-refundable travel.

What documents do I need for international travel?

Usually: a valid passport (often 6 months beyond your trip), a visa or travel authorization if your destination requires one, and sometimes proof of onward travel and accommodation. Some countries also require vaccination certificates. Check your destination's official rules before you fly.

Can I fly internationally with a REAL ID?

No. A REAL ID is a state driver's license or ID that meets federal standards. It has been required for US domestic flights since May 2025, but it is not valid for international travel. You need a passport.

How much does a flight from São Paulo to Miami cost?

It depends on the season. Fares are usually lower in March, May, September and October, and higher in December, July and around Carnival. Booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead tends to help, and the flexible date view shows the cheapest days for your trip.

Do Brazilians need a visa to visit the USA?

Yes. Brazil is not in the Visa Waiver Program, so Brazilian citizens need a B1/B2 visa. Apply through the US Embassy and Consulates in Brazil, and check current interview wait times at travel.state.gov before booking.

Can I book a hotel for tonight?

Which airlines have the most legroom in economy?

Among US airlines, JetBlue is known for more standard economy legroom, while ultra-low-cost carriers such as Spirit and Frontier usually have the least. Legroom varies by aircraft, so check the seat details for your flight.

What is the 24-hour cancellation rule?

US Department of Transportation rules require airlines to let you cancel a booking for a flight to or from the USA within 24 hours without penalty, when the booking is made at least 7 days before departure. Contact us inside those 24 hours and we will check whether your booking qualifies.

How much does it cost to check a bag on US airlines?

Most US airlines, including American, United, Delta, Southwest and JetBlue, charge for the first checked bag on domestic economy fares, and ultra-low-cost carriers price bags separately. Fees change often and differ by route, so check the bag price for your flight before you book.

What is the difference between business and first class?

On US domestic flights, "first class" is usually the only premium cabin, with wider seats and better service. On long-haul international flights, business class usually means a lie-flat seat, and first class, offered by fewer airlines, adds more space or a private suite.
